Dear Mazher Jaffery,
Recently, I have successfully completed the Computerized Accounting / Microsoft Office Program at Canadian Business College and I felt privileged to be a student at your school. I am grateful to all the staff (especially Tina) who were so patient and ensured that all students understood what was taught.
I have been hired as a consultant by GBS Travel Services, a small firm, but possess a great deal of potential for the future.
I would like to take this opportunity to ask if there is a student who have completed of have nearly completed the Office Administration Program and would like to gain work experience by volunteering as an Office Clerk for three or four months. At the end of the work term, GBS Travel will stand behind such student as a good reference as long as their work is satisfactory.
