Dear Director,
My experience in the Early Childcare Assistant program has been great. I have learned how to guide children and how to encourage children to be independent. I have also learned about Child Development and how I can help children to reach their potential. My teacher (Naza Hasebenebi) has a lot of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education and she has helped me to improve on my English. She is very patient and makes sure the class understands the materials before we move on to something new.
