Dear Roselyn,

I am emailing to share with you a recent action of mine.

Yesterday I had a lengthy conversation with Oscar Chimenti from Costi/HRSDC. He called to review the progress of my training. In highlight, I informed him that I was pleased to proclaim that I have/had made the right decision to attend the Canadian Business College (CBC). I stressed that not only is the program well run, but also that the administrative staff was helpful and respectful. Additionally, not only does CBC’s business environment mirror the “outside world”, but so to does
the multicultural make-up of the staff and students. I went on to articulate that the instructors go above and beyond the call of teaching duty in their efforts to see the student excel in their studies. I mentioned Tina, by name, in particular.

My resume shows that my education has been ongoing. My reference making is to verbalize a skill that I have acquired – the exposure of teaching skill(s)/ability(s). Teaching can make or break an education experience – and teaching excellence is rare indeed. Tina is a rare example of teaching at its best. Tina is a credit to your school and business – and she is worth every penny that you pay her. It IS because of Tina’s personality (and teaching style), that I am excelling at the college, and this will reflect (favorably) back on the college when I re-enter the workforce.

I hope that this short, but important note brightens your day – in addition to your own efforts.

Sincerely,

Lisa c Hampton
